摘要
人民公社是毛泽东提出加速社会主义建设的"三面红旗"之一,也是导致"三年灾害"的祸根之一。上海市委第一书记、华东局第一书记柯庆施,坚决支持并推动人民公社化运动。上海和华东地区的人民公社化一直走在全国的前列。在3年的"大跃进"彻底失败后,人民公社的弊端暴露无遗,但柯庆施仍然极力维护大跃进和人民公社,为正确总结人民公社和大跃进运动的教训制造了障碍。
The People＇s Commune was one of the＂Three Red Flags＂that Mao Zedong proposed to accelerate the socialist construction,as well as the cause of the ＂Three Years＇Catastrophe＂.Ke Qingshi,the First Secretary of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee,the First Secretary of the East China Bureau,and strongly supported and promoted the People＇s Commune Movement.As a result,Shanghai and East China led the country in the construction of People＇s Commune.And after the failure of the 3years＇＂Great Leap Forward＂and the exposure of the shortcomings of the People＇s Commune,Ke Qingshi persisted in upholstering the Great Leap Forward and the People＇s Commune,and interfere the summary of that correctly.
