摘要
城市居民区物业管理在中国的生成、发展和壮大具有特殊的历史和制度背景,是与社区转型紧密联系在一起的。以哈尔滨为个案的案例研究发现,转型期的物业管理面临多重矛盾。而解决矛盾的核心是建构政府主导的三位一体的社区治理格局。
The emergence,development and growth of urban residential area property management in China have special historical and institutional background,closely linked with the community transformation. Taking Harbin for example,we find that the property management is faced with multiple contradictions. And the key to solve the contradiction is to construct the government-dominating trinity of community governance pattern.
