孝道的转型与借鉴

The Transition of Filial Piety and Experience

传统孝文化经过两千多年的延续和积淀,良莠杂蹂,既有精华也有糟粕。其孝敬父母,奉养以诚,敬爱他人等合理方面我们要给予肯定,其子辈与父辈地位的不平等、移忠于孝等消极腐朽方面我们要坚决剔除。我们应该汲取传统孝文化的精华,构建适应社会发展的新型孝道。对此,本文提出通过大力发展社会生产力、加大法制保障力度和激励措施、加强舆论监督和宣传教育、对传统孝道的现代"改铸"等途径构建新型孝道。

Over two thousand years of elapse and accumulation,the traditional culture of filial piety has become a mixture of the good and the bad,intermingling the essence with the dregs. Its reasonable aspects should be appreciated,such as being obedient to one＇s parents,taking good care of them and showing care to others,yet its passive and decadent aspects,such as the inequality between the younger generation and the older generation and its assignation of loyalty to filial piety,should be definitely removed. The essence of this traditional filial piety should be made use of to shape its new type,which is adapted to the current social development. To realize this aim,the paper proposes the following means to shape this new type of filial piety：persistent efforts to develop social productive forces,reinforcing legal support and encouragements,supervision by public opinions and education and modern casting of the traditional filial piety.
