心电图对功能性心血管疾病自主神经功能评价的意义 被引量:8

Significance of electrocardiogram in the evaluation of the autonomic nerve function in functional cardiovascular disease

摘要 自主神经系统对心血管疾病的发生发展起重要调节作用,包括器质性心血管疾病(如高血压、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病等)及功能性心血管疾病(如血管迷走性晕厥、体位性心动过速综合征等)。评估自主神经功能的方法有很多,心率变异性分析是公认的评估心脏自主神经功能的方法。自主神经系统通过交感神经和副交感神经作用于相应受体,影响心肌动作电位导致心电图变化。因此,心电图能反映心脏自主神经功能变化,对功能性心血管疾病的自主神经功能评估具有重要意义。 Autonomic nervous system(ANS) activity plays an important role in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease, including organic cardiovascular disease( such as hypertension,coronary artery disease, etc) and functional cardiovascular disease (such as vasovagal syncope,postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, etc). Many methods was used to evaluate ANS function. Heart rate variability is a widely accepted method to assess cardiac autonomic nerve function. Autonomic nervous affected cardiac action potential and let electrocardiogram changes. Through the sympathe- tic and parasympathetic neurotransmitters which acting on the corresponding receptors. Electrocardiogram changes re- flects autonomic nervous function. Present researches suggest that electrocardiogram has an important significance in the evaluation of autonomic nerve function in functional cardiovascular disease.
