摘要
目的:利用响应面分析法对微波辅助提取草菇液态发酵菌丝体中总三萜工艺进行研究。方法:在单因素实验基础上,选取微波功率、提取时间、提取温度和液料比为影响因素,以草菇菌丝体中总三萜提取率为响应值进行响应面分析。结果:草菇液态发酵菌丝体中总三萜的最佳微波提取条件为微波功率720W、提取时间21min、提取温度66℃和液料比36m L/g。在此条件下,草菇菌丝体中总三萜提取率为1.65%。结论:采用微波技术提取草菇液态发酵菌丝体中总三萜的工艺稳定性好,提取率高。
Objective:Optimal microwave extraction conditions of total triterpenoids from Volvariella volvacea myce.lia by response surface methodology was studied. Methods : Based on single factor experiments, microwave power, treatment time, extracting temperature and liquid-to-material ratio as main variables that influence extraction efficiency were identified.With the value of the total triterpenoids yield in the mycelia,the extraction conditions was optimized by response surface analysis method. Results: The optimal microwave extraction conditions was determined as follows:microwave power 720W, treatment time 21 min, extrcting temperature 66℃ and liquid-to- material ratio 36mL/g. Under these conditions, the average extraction rate of total triterpenoids from Volvariella volvacea mycelia reached 1.65%.Conclusions:Compared with other extraction methods,the method of extracting total triterpenoids from Volvariella volvacea mycelia by microwave technique was efficient and stable.
