摘要 开放式多孔陶土板幕墙等弯矩挂点施工是以新型多孔陶土板作为幕墙材料,以等压雨幕和等弯矩分配挂点为原理,利用金属龙骨和铝合金挂件固定技术,将陶土板以等弯矩分配的方式固定在建筑外墙保温外侧,形成透缝空腔(开放式)的幕墙面层,其关键施工技术,即全幕统测集中布控减差技术、等弯矩分配挂点定位技术、四件共享垫片微调挂板整平技术、分层导水板+顶部封堵联防烟囱效应技术,突破了传统的施工方法,成功地控制了幕墙面的施工质量,提高了墙面材料的抗力和耐久性,比传统的施工技术更安全、更高质、更经济、更环保,同时又能缩短工期,降低总成本,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。 Equal bending moment hang-fixed construction technique of opening porous clay plate curtain is fixing clay plate on outside of building external insulation layer by means of equal bending moment distribution and forms a cavity (opening) curtain wall surface with aperture,which takes new style porous clay plate as curtain material, utilizes constant pressure rain curtain and equal bending moment hang-fixed principle,uses metal keel and aluminum alloy fixed technology. The technique's key construction technologies include All curtain wall unified measurement and centralized layout control points to reduce error technology, Equal bending moment locating hang-fixed technology, Four fasteners shared and gasket fine-tuning fixed leveling clay plate technology and Layered guide water board + top sealing joint defense stack effect" technology,which break through the traditional construction methods,successful control of the curtain wall construction quality, improved the curtain material resistance and durability. The construction technology is safer, higher quality,more economic,more environmental protection,shorten the construction period, and reduce the total cost than traditional construction technology,which has achieved obvious economic benefits and social benefits in the process of application.
