我国发达地区中小城市交通特征及其优化对策研究——以浙江省瑞安市为例

Study on the traffic feature and its optimization measures of the small and medium-sized cities in the developed areas of China-by a case of Rui'an city,Zhejiang Province

以浙江省瑞安市为研究案例,从居民出行特征、交通环境状况等方面对我国发达地区中小城市的交通特征进行了分析,认为其具有出行时间和出行距离短、出行方式依赖私家车、绿色交通弱和交通环境差等特征.城市发展的多元化和交通应对措施的相对落后是形成目前城市交通局面的主要因素.为优化中小城市的交通环境,应提倡慢行交通为主导的城市交通建设,强化慢行交通在城市交通中的地位.

This study investigates and analyzes the traffic features of the small and medium-sized cities through the aspects of residents travel characteristics, traffic environment and so on, taking Rui＇an city as a case. Its features mainly show that the residents have short travel distance, and take cars as the main travel way instead of green traffic, getting stuck in the bad traffic environment. The multiple features of urban development and the lag of traffic optimization measures are the major causes which lead such traffic situation in these cities. In order to optimize the traffic environment of these small and medium sized cities in China, slow traffic should be advocated, and its posttion in urban traffic should be strengthened
