基于因子分析的卫生监督效能影响因素研究

Study on the Influencing Factors of Efficiency about Health Supervision Based on Factor Analysis

目的:揭示影响卫生监督效能的因素并提出相应的政策建议;方法:采用文献法和访谈法收集卫生监督效能条目并编制成问卷进行问卷调查,运用SPSS17.0对调查结果进行因子分析;结果:卫生监督效能的影响因素包括:机构管理、卫生监督资源、管理相对人、卫生监督外部环境、卫生监督员胜任力、奖惩机制;结论:六类因素对卫生监督效能均产生一定的影响,为加强卫生监督效能建设提供参考依据。

Objective To reveal various factors which are influencing health supervision efficiency, and put forward corresponding policy. Methods In this paper, Literature and interview methods were used to collect the influencing factors of efficiency about health supervision which were compiled into the survey questionnaire. At last, the data was going through factor analysis by SPSS17.0. Results the influencing factors of efficiency about health supervision include six aspects： institution management, health supervision resources, relative person of management, health supervision external environment, competency of health supervision, and incentive mechanisms. Conclusion The six influencing factors effect health supervision and we provide a reference for strengthening the effectiveness of the construction of health supervision.
