摘要
农村订单定向免费医学教育,是落实新医改的重点政策之一。实施三年来,订单定向全科医学免费医学生教育在管理协调、培养使用、引导激励方面依然存在许多问题。文章对问题进行了系统探讨并提出了政策建议。
Rural-oriented free medical education policy is a key point to the new medical reform in China. After three years of implementation ,there still had many problems in management coordination, education, guidance and incentives ,which were systematically analyzed to put forward some suggestions.
