摘要
采用聚酯改性环氧树脂和无挥发活性稀释剂制备了单组分环氧低挥发高压绝缘漆,对其理化性能、毒性和电性能进行测试,并将其制作的模拟线棒进行电性能分析。结果表明:该单组分环氧无挥发高压绝缘漆性能优良,气味小,挥发份小于3%,基本无毒性;单边厚度为1.8 mm的10 kV模拟线棒的介质损耗因数、介损增量均满足使用要求,耐电压达到70 kV。
A one-component low volatile epoxy insulating varnish for high voltage motor was prepared from polyester-modified epoxy and non-volatile active diluent. The physical and chemical properties, toxicity, and electrical properties were tested, and the electrical properties of the simulation wire bar were studied. The results indicate that the insulating varnish has good performance, low odour, volatile of lower than 3%, and non-toxicity. The dielectric dissipation factor and its increment of the 10 kV simulation wire bar with the unilateral thickness of 1.8 mm can meet the application requirement, and the withstand voltage reaches 70 kV.
