一种放疗设备的光野指示光源设计方法 被引量:3

摘要 针对放疗设备辐射野的光野指示的均匀度以及光斑大小要求,本文提出了一种基于LED的放疗设备光野指示装置中光源的设计方法。根据光线传播理论,在已知光野指示照明要求与LED配光的条件下,建立关于透镜自由曲面的偏微分方程,并采用数值解析方法,得到自由曲面的面型数据;在3D软件Solid Works中建立透镜模型,并将其导入光学软件Tracepro70中进行光学仿真,以验证此设计方法的正确性以及有效性。验证结果表明,本设计方法较为理想,具有较高的光能利用率、照度分布均匀度以及更为优化的设计空间。 According to the uniformity and the spot size requirements of light field indication for the radiation field of radiotherapy equipment, the design method of a LED-based illuminant located in the light field indication device of radiotherapy equipment is put forward in this paper. Based on the theory of light propagation, the partial differential equations related to the shape of free curved surface of lens are established under the condition of knowing the light field indication requirements and the LED light distribution. Then the numerical analysis method is used to obtain the data of the free curved surface. The lens model established though Solid Works software is imported into Tracepro70 software to perform optical simulation to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the design method. The validation results show that this design method which owns high efficiency of light energy utilization, high uniformity of illuminance distribution and more optimized design space is reasonable.
