摘要 目的通过对磁共振常规T2WI施加驱动平衡技术,探究该技术在保证图像对比度和图像质量的前提下能否显著缩短扫描时间、加快扫描速度。方法随机选取10名志愿者对其踝关节进行磁共振检查。每名志愿者进行3种T2WI扫描,分别为常规T2WI扫描(TR=4250 ms),短TR时T2WI扫描(TR=2500 ms),短TR时且施加驱动平衡的T2WI扫描(TR=2500 ms)。分析各种扫描图像的软组织对比度和图像质量。结果的部分未复制上。结论在T2WI中施加驱动平衡技术,可在保证图像质量的前提下缩短扫描时间,值得推广。 Objective To test whether applying the driven equilibrium technology to MRI T2 weighted image(T2WI) can obviously reduce scanning time and improve scanning speed on the premise of ensuring preferable image contrast and image quality. Methods Ten volunteers were selected randomly to undergo MRI examinations on their knees. All the volunteers received three kinds of T2 WI scan: conventional T2 WI scan(TR=4250 ms), T2 WI scan with short TR(TR=2500 ms), T2 WI scan with driven equilibrium technology and short TR(TR=2500 ms). Then the soft-tissue contrasts and quality of images were contrastively analyzed. Results With the application of driven equilibrium technology, the contrast and quality of images could be improved and the scanning time could be significantly reduced. Conclusion Applying driven equilibrium technology to T2 WI can reduce scanning time on the premise of ensuring image quality, which is worth widely promotion.
