Design of Relocation Project of Jizhuangzi Water Reclamation Plant

摘要 介绍了纪庄子迁建工程涉及的厂、网、站建设的基本情况及工程进展。津沽再生水厂沿用双膜工艺,首次在天津市选用了氧气源臭氧发生器,并增加反渗透系统所占的规模比例;迁建配套管网以球墨铸铁管为主,管道施工沿线周边环境复杂,过河、过路情况较多,管道冲洗采用节水型水击式管道冲洗技术;加压泵站在功能设计上实现对环内、环外的双向供水。 The basic situation and progress of plant, net and station construction involved in the relocation project of Jizhuangzi Water Reclamation Plant were introduced. Jingu Water Reclamation Plant used the double membrane process, selected the oxygen source ozone generator for the first time in Tianjin and increased the use scale of reverse osmosis system. The supporting pipe network mainly used ductile iron pipes. The surrounding environment of pipeline construction was complex, and many rivers and roads needed to be crossed. The pulse flushing technology was used for flushing pipeline. The booster pump station realized two-way water supply in the functional design.
