摘要
本文针对临床呼吸机分散管理存在的问题,探讨建立能有效避免管理漏洞的应对突发公共医疗卫生事件的应急管理体系。从而保证呼吸机使用完好率,有效提高医学装备应急反应能力。
In view of the problems exist in the decentralized management of ventilator, this paper discusses on the method of setting up an emergency management system that can avoid the vulnerability and deal with public health emergencies efficiently, so as to ensure the service ability rate of ventilator and improve the emergency reaction ability of medical equipment.
