摘要
为了考察石油微生物的工业化应用前景,在大庆油田进行了50 m3/d含油废水处理的现场试验,设计了"溶气气浮+微生物降解+固液分离"三步法处理工艺。经过45天的连续运转,出水油含量≤10 mg/L,SS≤10 mg/L(SS粒径中值≤2μm),COD≤100 mg/L,达到大庆油田A1级注水标准(SY/T 5329—1994)。该工艺处理效率较高,水力停留时间比常规沉降+过滤工艺缩短了6 h,可以相应减小处理构筑物容积、节省占地及建设投资。
In order to investigate the industrialized application prospect of petroleum microorganisms, a 50 m^3/d oily wastewater treatment test was conducted in Daqing Oilfield, using "dissolved air flotation + microbial degradation + solid-liquid separation". After continuous operation for 45 d, the oil content, suspended solids, median diameter of suspended particle and COD in the effluent were ≤ 10 mg/L,≤10 rag/L, ≤2 μm and ≤ 100 mg/L respectively, which met the A1 criteria specified in the Recommendation Standard and Analysis Method Jot the Clastic Rock Reservoir Injection Water Quality (SY/ T 5329 - 94). The process has high treatment efficiency, and its HRT is 6 h less than that in the conventional settling and filtration process. The volume of treatment structures can be reduced, and the land occupation and construction investment can be saved.
