聚光光伏/光热实验平台测控系统研制

摘要 针对西安交大搭建的聚光光伏/光热(CPC-PV/T)实验平台性能优化和实时监控的需要,开发一种基于IFIX组态软件的聚光光伏/光热实验平台测控系统,并详细阐述了硬件系统和软件系统。采用研华亚当5000系列的数据采集与控制模块与IFIX通信,实现现场数据采集与控制。新开发的系统实时监控CPC-PV/T实验平台温度、流量等运行参数,并通过PID调节器、CPC跟踪系统和最大功率跟踪进行调节控制,为提高光电效率和光热效率提供了辅助技术手段,有利于达到高效的太阳能热电联用的目的。 For the performance optimization and real-time monitoring of the CPC-PV/T experimental platform built by Xi'an Jiaotong University, a monitoring and control system is developed based on configuration software iFIX , and the hardware and software systems are described in details. By using Advantech ADAM5000 series of data acquisition and control modules and communication with iFIX, it realizes the scene data acquisition and control. The system real-time monitors the temperature, flow and other operating parameters of the CPC-PV/T experimental platform, and controls by PID regulator, CPC tracking system and the maximum power point tracking system , providing means of assistive technology for improving the efficiency of photovoltaic and solar thermal efficiency, which is benefit to achieve the purpose of efficient use of solar heat and power.
