摘要
本文分析了体能训练损伤产生的原因,以及体能训练损伤治疗与康复的问题,并对预防体能训练损伤的措施进行了探究,以期为保障运动员的身体健康,降低运动员在体能训练中出现损伤的几率提供参考价值。
This paper analyzes the causes of injuries during physical fitness training, discusses their treatment and recovery, and probes into the preventive measures against fitness -training injuries, wishing to provide reference to ensuring athletes' fitness and reducing the rate of getting injured in training.
