The development of science and technology promotes the improvement of track and field, which is manifested in the equipment, rules of competition, innovative training methods and scientific selection of materials. This paper comprehensively investigates the relationship between science and technology and track and field from the perspective of dialectics of nature, promotes the rapid development of track and field and restrains its negative effects by using science and technology reasonably.
