摘要
本文主要采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,从人力资本理论的视角分析体育大学生的就业状况,认为体育专业大学生人力资本价值投入不足、供求失衡、产权地位缺乏保障是导致体育专业大学生就业困境的主要原因,应从优化高校体育专业大学生投资结构、控制体育专业大学生人力资本的投资规模、保障其人力资本产权地位等方面入手,促进体育专业大学生就业。
By using methods as literature and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the employment for students in sports -related majors by using the human capital theory. It finds that insufficient investment, imbalance between supply and demands, and lack of guarantee for human capital are main causes for the predicaments facing sport majors. Thus, we should start from optimizing the investment structure for sport majors, containing the scale of human capital and ensuring their status so as to promote the employment of PE majors.
