摘要
由于矿权设置混乱、地质勘查报告质量低下、政府管理部门出台规定较多等主要原因,近十多年来,在编制矿井可行性研究报告中对地质资料的使用、分析评价、开采技术条件的分类等存在很多混乱,根据多年的设计评审经验,提出了地质勘探报告的合理摘录、正确确定矿井开采技术条件、矿产资源/储量的分类与计算、对地质勘查程度的评价与建议等观点和方法,以供设计参考。
Due to confusion in mineral rights setting,poor quality of geological survey report,and complicated regulations,in recent 10 years,confusions existed in the utilization,analysis and evaluation of the geological data and classification of mining technology conditions.Based on years of experience in design review,the paper discussed the issues of reasonable excerpts in geological exploration report,correct determination of the mining technology conditions,mineral resources / reserves classification and calculation,and proposed evaluation and suggestions on geological exploration degree.
