Rapid Installation Technology of Fully Mechanized Mining Equipment in Steeply Inclined Longwall Face Along Strike

针对急倾斜走向长壁工作面综采设备安装因煤层倾角大,钢梁起吊工艺复杂、适应条件苛刻,平板车装运易引发平板车下道或设备倾倒等问题,通过在切眼内安设滑道,上口浇筑转运平台,采用绞车控速、滑靴导向、设备横向自溜下放的安装技术,保证了综采设备平稳运输提高安全系数的同时减少了起吊装卸工序所需人员和工时,加快了安装速度,降低了劳动强度和安装成本。

Aiming at the problems in fully mechanized coal mining equipment installation in steeply inclined longwall working face along strike,such as complicated steel girder hoisting process and harsh adaption conditions,flat car derail and equipment rollover.Slideway was installed in open- off,transport platform was built upper,and winch speed control,piston shoes guide and horizontal self- slip of the equipment were applied,to ensure smooth transportation and improve the safety coefficient,simplify the process and reduce personnel and man hour,accelerating installation speed and reducing labor intensity and the cost.
