摘要
为了解决断层带散体煤复合顶煤巷支护技术难题,以枣园煤业有限公司断层带散体煤复合顶巷道为研究对象,通过分析巷道围岩变形失稳机理,以散体煤复合顶巷道内外承载结构控制原理及"一优化三强化"支护原理为指导,提出了"四高"锚杆强化支护技术、预应力长锚索加固破碎顶板技术和高帮锚索梁加固技术为主的巷道围岩控制技术。矿压观测数据表明,断层带散体煤复合顶煤巷支护原理科学,支护技术先进,巷道围岩变形量得到了有效控制。
Aiming at the support for granular coal composite roof of roadway in fault zone,according to the engineering conditions of Zaoyuan coal mine,the instability mechanism of roadway surrounding rock deformation was analyzed,roadway surrounding rock control technologies were proposed,mainly comprised of a "four high "anchor strengthening supporting technology,a long pre- stressed anchor cable reinforcement technology for broken roof and a high anchor beam reinforcement technology,based on principals of internal and external bearing structure control for composite roof coal roadway and " one optimization and three strengthening "supporting.Mine pressure observation data showed that,the surrounding rock deformation of roadway was effectively controlled,the theory and technology were verified.
