摘要
为了解决目前堵塞器封堵质量难以控制,炮眼利用率低,易出现"打枪"或者炸药拒爆等问题,采用了理论分析和实验研究相结合的方法,分析了堵塞器堵塞机理,对堵塞器的结构和长度进行优化设计,通过摆锤冲击实验验证了堵塞器的堵塞效果,并分别对粘土堵塞器和楔形体堵塞器进行工业试验,结果表明:采用了楔形体堵塞器,单循环进尺提高了10%,炮眼的利用率提高了10%,装药量降低了16.3%。
Aiming at the problems in stemming plug quality control,low blast hole utilization rate,"shooting "phenomenon and explosives misfire,theoretical analysis and experimental research were conducted,to analyze the stemming plug mechanism,the structure and length of the stemming plug was optimized,the effect was verified through pendulum impact experiments,effect of clay and wedge stemming plug were compared in industrial experiment,the results show that,with wedge stemming plug,single cycle footage increases by 10%,hole utilization increases by 10%,explosive payload reduces by 16.3%.
