摘要 针对现阶段避难硐室内使用蓄电池作为备用电源,有成本高、对环境要求高、安全可靠性低等缺点,提出使用气动发电的方式来节约成本,增加供电安全可靠性,同时清洁环保。通过对避难硐室的用电设备分析,计算了硐室实际用电量,来确定气动发电系统的具体设备和工作流程,即从井下避难硐室供风管道连接储气罐,经过气动三联件输出稳压气体,带动气动马达转动,通过胶带传送使发电机同步运转发电,然后经过综保输出稳定电流。通过现场试验,该系统可以在硐室正常工作提供127V的稳定电压并供应最高达800W的电量,使硐室的供电、监测等用电设备可以正常有效运作,保证了避难硐室的安全可靠。 Aiming at the high cost,strict environment requirements and poor safety reliability of storage battery currently used as backup power in refuge chamber,a new scheme was proposed using pneumatic generation system to cut the cost and improve the security and reliability of power supply,which was also environmentally friendly.The electric equipment of refuge chamber was analyzed,the actual electricity consumption of refuge chamber was calculated to determine the specific equipment type and process of pneumatic generation systems.The generator was connected to the air tank through chamber air supply pipeline,the gas was stabilized by pneumatic FRL to drive the pneumatic motor,the generator run synchronously actuated through a belt,and after comprehensive protection,steady current was generated.The field test showed that,the system could provide 127 V stable electricity with up to 800 W power,the normal operation of chamber power supply and monitoring equipment was ensured,the refuge chamber's safety and reliability was guaranteed.
