大倾角煤层长壁大采高开采煤壁片帮机理及防控技术 被引量:31

Mechanism and Control Methods of Rib Spalling in Steeply Dipping Thick Seams in Fully- Mechanized Longwall Mining with Large Mining Height

摘要 为了解决大倾角厚煤层大采高工作面煤壁片帮难题,采用现场实测与理论分析的方法,分析了大倾角大采高煤壁片帮特征与机理。结果表明,大倾角大采高工作面煤壁片帮除具有一般倾角煤层频次高、范围大、分区域等特征外,还具有蔓延性与滑冒特点;从可控与不可控角度对影响片帮因素进行了分类,认为顶板压力、煤体自重及其物理力学性质等是导致片帮主要影响因素,并提出了"严控支架阻力、全方位弱化顶板、超前加固煤壁、降低伪斜角度、全时矿压监测"的煤壁片帮综合防控技术,有效地解决了大倾角大采高条件下工作面煤壁片帮问题。 To prevent rib spalling in fully- mechanized face with large mining height in steeply dipping thick seam,the characteristics and mechanism were analyzed with field measurement and theoretical analysis.The results show that,except the common features of rib spalling such as high frequency,large scope and regional occurrence,that in high cutting face of steeply dipping seam is extendible and can be followed by roof caving.The influence factors were classified as controllable and uncontrollable,the key factors were roof pressure,self- weight and physical and mechanical properties of coal.The comprehensive prevention and control technology was proposed,emphasizing strict control of support resistance,comprehensive hard roof weakening,advanced coal wall reinforcement,and decrease of oblique angle and full- time mine pressure monitoring,the rib spalling problem was effectively solved.
