摘要
通过热压成型试验,对煤与生物质成型理论进行了探讨。在此基础上,提出了假说:在生物质型煤压制过程中,由于外界做功、界面消失释放界面能而使颗粒温度发生"跃升",煤颗粒和生物质颗粒在此过程产生大量焦油,其中分子量大的组分以液态和熔融状态充当粘结剂,以实现煤与生物质的成型。结合热重试验结果和能量守恒定律证实了假说的合理性。
A hot briquetting experiment was conducted,to study the principle of coal- biomass briquetting.And based on the experiment result,a new briquetting hypothesis was proposed,during the briquetting process,with external work and interfacial energy released in surface vanishing,the particles' temperature leaped and a great deal of tar was produced in this process,in which the liquid and molten component with high molecular weight could act as binder for briquetting of coal- biomass.The hypothesis was verified with thermogravimetry and energy conservation principle.
