摘要
针对无烟煤浮选精煤泡沫稳定性极强、粘度大、难以消除的问题,对其进行粒度、密度和物相分析,并采用四种物理消泡方法分别对浮选精煤进行了消泡试验。结果表明,静置消泡方法不能有效消除三相泡沫;升温法可快速有效消除三相泡沫,但能耗高;机械搅拌消泡可以消除大量的泡沫,但在输送过程中易二次起泡;喷水消泡法消泡效果较理想,但其耗水量大。
Aiming at the strong stability and high viscosity of the anthracite flotation concentrate foam,which caused difficulty in defoaming,particle size analysis,density analysis and XRD analysis were conducted.Four physical defoaming methods were respectively tested on defoaming of the anthracite flotation concentrate.Results show that,the three- phase foam can't be eliminated in through stationary defoaming method; foam can be quickly eliminated in heating defoaming,but the energy consumption is large; mechanical agitation defoaming and water spray defoaming can also eliminate most of the foam,but the former may cause secondary foam in transportation,while the latter calls for large water consumption.
