摘要
为了解决煤矿井下多功能铲运车工作机构的设计及其举升臂强度的问题,利用数字化产品设计软件Solid Works构建了该工作机构的三维模型,并根据其在静载工况下的受力状态,利用Solid Works/COSMOS模块对其关键件举升臂做了有限元分析研究,通过分析完成了其结构设计,强度校核,最后得出结论,提出改进方案,为工作机构的设计提供了很好的理论依据。
A 3D model of forklift working mechanism was established with Solid Works,for the determination of lifting arms strength and design of the working mechanism for a multifunctional forklift used in coal mine.A finite- element analysis of the lifting arms was conducted using Solid Works / COSMOS module,based on the stress state under static load working condition.And according to these data analysis,the structural design and strength check were accomplished,a conclusion was made,and an improvement scheme was proposed.
