摘要
针对目前矿用喷涂机械手操作不灵活、喷涂效果差、容易受干扰等问题,研究并设计了一种成本低、实用性强的喷涂机械手的控制系统。该系统采用S7-200PLC和2MA860H驱动器控制86BYG250A步进电机构成开环控制系统,实现了较精确的位置控制。并通过对X-Y轴矿用喷涂机械手的控制,验证了该系统操作简单、高效稳定、节能环保、抗干扰能力强,可以广泛地用于各种矿用设备的喷涂。
Aiming at the poor maneuverability,poor spraying effect and vulnerability to interference of current mining spraying manipulator,a spraying manipulator control system with lower cost and better practicability was designed,using S7- 200 PLC and 2MA86 H actuator to control the 86BYG250 A stepper motor forming open- loop control system,realizing precise position control.The X- Y axis control of mine spraying manipulator showed that,the system operation was simple,efficient,stable and energy saving,with strong anti- interference ability.
