Cause Analysis on Economic Benefits Decline of China's Coal Industry

通过对近年来我国煤炭行业经济效益下滑的分析,得出的结论为:首先,宏观经济不景气是造成煤炭需求下降的主要因素。其次,前期煤炭投资产能释放以及企业追求短期效益造成煤炭市场的供给量不断增加,而进口煤炭也在一定程度上加剧的市场供给。需求下降、供给增加必然造成煤炭价格下跌。在销量下滑和价格下跌的背景下,煤炭企业总收入必然下降。此外,煤炭生产投入的不断加大以及企业不合理费用的存在都影响着企业的经济效益。

The causes were analyzed for the constant economic benefit decline of China＇ s coal industry in recent years,and the results show that,the macro economic downturn is the main factor of the coal demand decline; the coal supply increased as the early stage production capacity released and coal enterprises increased investment for short- term benefits,causing oversupply in coal market,with coal import worsening the situation.The declining market and rising supply caused the falling of coal price and total income of coal enterprises.In addition,increasing coal production cost and unreasonable expenses were affecting the economic efficiency.
