Thoughts about the individualized protocol of controlled ovarian stimulation

摘要 辅助生殖技术是一门年轻的学科,自1978年第1例试管婴儿诞生以来,逐步形成了完整的技术体系,更好地满足了社会大众对辅助生殖技术的期望及要求——获得健康活产儿。近30年来,辅助生殖技术经历了多次里程碑式的飞跃。其中控制性卵巢刺激(COS)作为辅助生殖技术临床的重要步骤,其发展及完善大幅提升了助孕的效率,为数以千万计受不孕症困扰的家庭带来了幸福和希望。
