The effect of controlled ovarian stimulation on human oocytes

摘要 控制性卵巢刺激是体外受精-胚胎移植技术的重要组成部分,该技术的优点是可以获得多个卵母细胞,进行多次胚胎移植,提高临床成功率。但是控制性卵巢刺激过程中超生理水平的雌激素可能会影响卵母细胞。文章综述了控制性卵巢刺激对卵母细胞质量、成熟度及核质成熟同步性、代谢和ATP生成,以及表观遗传学修饰等方面的影响。以期为临床控制性超排卵治疗提供参考。 Controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) is one of the important ways in assisted reproductive technology, COS could get greater number of oocytes and enable multiple embryo transfer to increase clinical outcomes. But the oocytes are exposed to a totally different environment in COS, which may decrease the quality of oocyte. This paper reviews the effect of controlled ovarian stimulation on quality of oocyte, nuclear and cytoplasm maturity,metabolism of ATP generation, epigenetic modification and so on, in order to provide the reference for clinical controlled ovarian stimulation treatment.
