中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎40例临床观察

Clinical observation of 40 cases with the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine of chronic prostatitis

目的探讨慢性前列腺炎的有效治疗方法。方法将80例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分成2组,对照组40例,以西药盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊、左氧氟沙星、吲哚美辛治疗;治疗组40例,在对照组用药的基础上加用活血凉血、祛瘀散结的中药汤剂。结果中西医结合治疗组痊愈23例,显效8例,有效5例,无效4例,总有效率90.0%;单纯西药治疗组痊愈12,显效7例,有效6例,无效15例,总有效率62.5%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎临床疗效较好,值得推广。

Objective To discusses how to make the effective treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into two groups. In control group （n=40）, p-atients were treated by Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Capsules,levofloxacin,and indometacin. In treatment group（n=40）,besides treatment in the control group, the decoction with the effects of invigorating and cooling blood, dispelling and removing stasis was added.Results The observation gr-oup is 23 cases cured, 8 cases markedly effective,5 cases effective,4 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 90.0%;the control group 12 cases cured, 7 cases markedly effective,6 cases effective, 15 cases ineffective,the tot-al efficiency of 62.5%,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for chronic prostatitis curative effect is better,so it is worth popularizing.
