妊娠期糖尿病产后护理体会

Postpartum care experience of gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的产后护理体会。方法选择2010年6月—2013年6月期间在我院住院的65例GDM孕妇为治疗组,同期65例正常孕妇为对照组,对照组给予常规护理,治疗组除常规护理外还给予妊娠期糖尿病专项护理。比较2组产妇产科并发症发病率、剖宫产率和护理满意度的差异。结果治疗组产科并发症及剖宫产率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论治疗组产科并发症及剖宫产率较对照组明显增加,护理满意度较对照组明显降低。因此,综合干预GDM孕妇产前血糖,可降低剖宫产率;还应加强对GDM孕妇产后护理,以改善GDM产妇的预后及护理满意度。

Objective To explore the postpartum care experience of gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM）. Method 65 inpatients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected as treatment group from June 2010 to June 2013 in our hospital and 65 cases of normal pregnant women were selected as control group at the same period. The control group was given conventional nursing, while the treatment group was given gestational diabetes special nursing besides conventional nursing. The differences of obstetric complications morbidity , cesarean section rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The obstetric complications and cesarean section of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05） and their nursing satisfaction was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with the control group, the obstetric complications and cesarean section of the treatment group increase significantly, whose nursing satisfaction lowers significantly. So comprehensive intervention on prenatal blood sugar of GDM pregnant women can decrease the rate of cesarean section. Also the postpartum care of GDM pregnant women should be strengthened in order to improve the prognosis of GDM puerperal and nursing satisfaction.
