摘要
针对目前国内稀释水水力式流浆箱使用的进口稀释水阀价格高,而国内稀释水阀横向尺寸大、发热严重、可靠性差,难以满足定量控制要求的现状,研制了新型稀释水阀执行器。详细阐述驱动转矩、散热、机械结构、控制系统组件、软件流程、总线结构的设计。执行器具有更紧凑的安装空间和较好的散热效果,具有1000步以上的精度。该系统已经在广东一造纸机上试用,取得了良好的控制效果和经济效益。
Aiming at the present status that the dilution control actuator of dilution water headbox is mostly imported from abroad are expensive, while the domestic products can hardly meet the use, because of the larger cross direction size, poor heat dissipation and low reliability, a new type of dilution control actuator were developed. This paper expounds the design of driving torque, heat dissipation, mechanical structure, control system component, software flow and bus structure. The actuator has more compact dimension and perfect thermal stability, which can meet more than 1000 steps accuracy. The products developed have been using in a paper machine of Guangdong Province, and satisfactory control performance and economic benefit are obtained.
