临床微生物检验标本质量控制管理实践及效果评价

Study the quality control management of clinical microbiology inspect specimen collection

目的探讨医院临床微生物检验样本的质量控制管理模式及成效,提高病原学送检阳性检出率及标本合格率。方法查找微生物检验标本的采样质量不合格原因,制定质量控制评价标准及考核管理措施,开展系列专题培训、理论考试、现场操作考核、评比奖励等活动,对比干预措施实施前后采样质量变化,评判采样质量控制管理效果。结果规范管理后送检标本不合格率由22.46%下降至8.10%;病原学检出阳性率由21.93%提高到28.09%。结论通过对多个环节实施干预对策,可有效提高采样质量,为临床病原学准确诊断提供保障。

Objectives To establish the long-term beneficial mechanism which will control and manage the quality of specimen. the passing rate of specimen by adopting the measures of continuous quality improvement and standardizing the work flow of specimen collection is going to be improved.Methods We analyzed the reasons of the unqualified specimens,formulated the standard of assessable quality control,established the control measures by routine inspection and examination. We strengthened the realization of specimen collectors and improved the level of specimen collection operation by adopting many measures,such as held special training,theory test,operated assessment,appraisal, reward,and so on. We judged the effect of quality control management of specimen collection by comparing the quality of specimen with before.Results After the quality control management,the passing rate of specimen and the positive rate of etiology increased significantly. The quality control management of microbiology inspect specimen collection has been improved continued.Conclusion The long-term beneficial mechanism of quality control management of microbiology inspect specimen collection has been established and implemented. We could improve the quality of specimen collection through interventing multiple links. The accuracy of clinical etiological diagnosis has been guaranteed.
