摘要
运用常规化学分析和红外光谱、色谱质谱等分析技术对造纸法烟草薄片废水生物处理前后的污染特性进行分析研究结果表明:生化处理前废水CODCr高、色度深、NH3-N含量高、悬浮物多、水样偏酸性,但废水的可生化性好,生化处理后废水各项指标大大降低;生化处理前废水在190-400nm具有较强的吸收,生化处理后废水戊分复杂;生化处理前废水中含有大量烟碱和有机酸,经生化处理后废水中大部分有机物降解为烷烃、酰胺等化合物。
The pollutants in the wastewater before and after biological treatment from the manufacture of papermaking- reconstituted tobacco slice were analyzed via common chemical assays, ultraviolet(UV)spectrum, FTIR and gas chromatography-mass spectrography (GC-MS). The results show that before biological treatment the wastewater is of high CODcr ( dissolved chemical oxygen demand ) , deep color, high NH3-N content, high suspended sediment concentration, acidity pH and good biodegradation property; after biological treatment the various targets ofwastewater enjoy much lower. Before biological treatment the most intensive characteristic peak ( 190-400 nm ) was found in the spectrum of wastewater; after biological treatment the wastewater is of complicated pollutants and don't has the characteristic pollutants. Before biological treatment the wastewater contains large amounts of nicotine and organic acids; after the biological treatment organic matters were degraded into alkanes, amide compounds.
