摘要
针对南京宁天城际轨道交通项目的后期总联调进行策划,从人-机接口、人-人接口、机-机接口等方面阐述了总联调工作的职责分工,介绍了总联调的主要工作任务,给出了总联调的总体工作流程,以期在联调过程中能顺利达到人、机、料、法、环的完美结合。
Based on the total adjustment in later stages of Ningtian intercity project of Nanjing City,the division of responsibility and the primary mission of the total adjustment are described from aspects of human-machine interface,human-human interface and machine-machine interface,the general work flow is obtained to achieve successfully the goal of perfect combination between human,machine,material,method and working links.
