Application of SolidWorks in Animation Simulation of Metro Platform Screen Door Motion

运用SolidWorks软件建立屏蔽门设备的模型。使用SolidWorks的Animator动画功能建立零部件的运动关系,进行屏蔽门机械设备的模拟运动;生成模拟动画,演示屏蔽门设备的机构运动、拆装模拟。使用Adobe Premiere软件对动画进行合成和后期处理;使用视频转化软件生成视频文件。运用SolidWorks软件制作屏蔽门机构运动模拟动画,有助于对地铁机电员工进行屏蔽门技术培训,提高其维修保养屏蔽门设备的水平。

SolidWorks software is used to set up the platform screen door model.In which,the software and performance of Animator are used to simulate the movement of components and parts,generate the animation simulation and demonstrate the motion of screen door equipment and disassembly of parts.Then,Adobe Premiere software is used to compose and make post-processing of the animation,while the video conversion software is used to generate video files.This method will help training the technical personnel,enhance the level of screen door equipment maintenance.
