从监造服务规划、监造工作实施和监造队伍建设方面,分析了监造服务的共性和个性,指出石油管产品的驻厂监造需要针对不同的需求开展个性化服务;监造工作应在遵守监理大纲共性要求的同时,根据项目性质的不同、产品类型的不同、生产厂家的不同等进行有侧重点的规划和实施。同时,在驻厂监造队伍的建设过程中,也应在保证监理人员基本要求的基础上,发挥个人的专长,做到共性与个性有机结合。
