摘要
在石油企业加快发展方式与努力提高发展质量和效益的背景下,分析了当前石油企业QC小组活动面临的形势和存在的普遍性问题,从充分发挥领导作用、找准定位求实创新、规范选题注册管理、加强活动过程指导、抓好小组自身建设,构建长效推动机制6个方面,阐述了推动石油企业QC小组活动持续、科学、健康发展的思路、对策和措施。指出,石油企业应把开展QC小组活动作为建设企业质量文化的重要组成部分,推动QC小组活动制度化、规范化、实效化,构建持久、科学、健康发展的长效机制。
The ideas, strategies and measures on promoting sustainable and healthy development of QC team activities in petroleum enterprises are expounded from six aspects of giving full play to the leading role, determining right location to strive for realism and innovate, normalizing registration management, strengthening the guidance to QC team activity process, enhancing the construction of QC teams and establishing a long-term promoting mechanism under the background of petroleum enterprises accelerating develop- ment and improving quality and benefit. It is pointed out that petroleum enterprises should make QC team activities as an important part of enterprise quality culture construction to promote the institutionalization, standardization and effectiveness of QC team activi- ties and to establish the long-term mechanism for the sustainable, scientific and healthy development of QC team activities.
