摘要
井下作业作为油田整体生产经营的一个重要部分,其成本的有效控制能够大幅度提高油田效益,同时也是提高油水井单井产量及维持油水井正常生产,保持油田稳产的重要手段。阐述了胜利油田海洋采油厂海二生产管理区实行油水井作业项目管理,从现代企业的成本管理控制的实践出发,在管理、现场、技术、考核4个方面规范规章制度的做法,实践证明,提高了作业施工质量,降低了作业成本。
Downhole operation is an important part of oilfield production and business, the effective control of the downhole operation cost can greatly improve the efficiency of the oilfields. At the same time, the downhole operation is also the important means to in- crease the yield of single oil well and maintain the normal production of oil and water wells and the production stability of oilfields. The project management of oil and water well operation was implemented in No.2 production management area of Haiyang Oil Pro- duction Plant of Shengli Oilfield, and the rules and regulations in four aspects of management, field, technique and assessment are standardized from the consideration of reducing enterprise cost, practices prove which can improve the quality of downhole operation and reduce operation cost is proved by practices.
