中国石化沥青类处理剂标准探析

Analysis of Standards of Sinopec for Asphalt Treatment Agents

沥青类钻井液用处理剂是传统的防塌剂,对钻井过程中的井壁稳定起着重要作用,虽然种类较多,但在钻井液中的作用机理大同小异。针对目前中石化范围内沥青类处理剂的多个标准存在重复、交叉,执行的标准繁多且比较乱的情况,分析了沥青类标准的技术指标优缺点、存在问题,并提出了认识和建议。

Asphalt treatment agents are generally used as anti-sloughing agent of drilling fluid, and they play important role in the stability of well wall in drilling process. There are many kinds of asphalt treatment agents, but their action mechanisms in drilling process are similar. At present, there are several standards of Sinopec for asphalt treatment agents, and there are repeated content in them. For this reason, the advantages and shortcomings of the technical indicto~ on the standards are analyzed, some understandings are achieved and some suggestions are proposed.
