摘要
有机助磨剂是提高水泥粉磨效率,促进水泥工业节能降耗的一个重要措施,为改善传统三乙醇胺助磨剂的助磨瓶颈和成本问题,采用冰醋酸对三乙醇胺进行酯化改性,研究了改性三乙醇胺(TEA-E)助磨剂对不同配比粉煤灰水泥的助磨效果,并分析了助磨机理。结果表明:TEA-E助磨剂对粉煤灰水泥的助磨效果优于三乙醇胺,可降低粉煤灰水泥休止角3°以上,使水泥3-32μm范围的颗粒含量提高率达10%以上,起到提高粉体流动性及颗粒均匀性,优化颗粒级配等显著作用。
Organic grinding aids are important measure to improve grinding efifciency and promote energy-saving in cement industry. To improve the bottleneckes and cost problem, triethanolamine is modiifed by esteriifcation method with glacial acetic acid, and grinding effect of the modiifed triethanolamine (TEA-E) on different lfy ash cement is studied and its grinding mechanism is analyzed. The results show that the grinding effect of TEA-E on lfy ash cement is better than that of triethanolamine, the angle of repose of lfy ash cement is reduced by more than 3°, and the content of 3-32μm particles is improved by more than 10%. TEA-E plays a signiifcant effect of improving the powder angle of repose and particles uniformity and optimizing the particle size distribution.
