摘要
针对传统氢氧化铁溶胶制备实验存在的污染大、腐蚀性大等缺点,发展了新的实验体系.实验采用药学中可生物降解的壳聚糖纳米溶胶代替氢氧化铁溶胶体系,通过马尔文粒度仪能够直接测定其ZETA电位和粒度分布,客观地对溶胶质量进行评价.通过教学实践验证了该实验方法的可行性和优越性,适合药学及相关专业开设.
The improved preparation method of Fe(OH)a colloid was reported with the valu- able advantages of low toxicity, non-pollution, etc. In this method, the biodegradable chitosan colloid particles whose ZETA potential and particle size distribution could be objectively estimated by Malvin particle analyzer were used instead of Fe(OH)a colloid particles. Teaching practice verified the feasibility and advantages of this experiment, which are suitable for students major in pharmaceutical and related specialties.
