摘要
通过硅胶柱层析、MCI柱层析和Sephadex LH-20柱层析分离纯化的方法,研究滇南风吹楠(Horsfieldia tetratepala)枝叶和树干的化学成分,并利用现代波谱法结合理化分析将化合物结构鉴定为4,2'-dihydroxy-4'-methoxychalcone(1),7-methylliquiritigenin(2),sakuranetin(3),7-ketositosterol(4),butin(5),3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(6),sulfuretin(7),(+)-syringaresinol(8)和β-谷甾醇(9)。所有化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到。
In order to study the chemical constituents from the leaves, branches and trunk of Horsfieldia tetratepala, compounds were isolated by silica gel, MCI and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. By modern spectroscopy as well as physic-chemical analysis, their structures were elucidated as 4, 2' - dihydroxy - 4' - methoxychalcone ( 1 ), 7 - methylliquiritigenin (2), sakuranetin (3), 7 - ketositosterol (4), butin (5), 3, 4 - dihydroxybenzoic acid (6), sulfuretin (7), ( + ) - syringaresinol (8) and 15- sitosterol (9). All the compounds were obtained from H. tetratepala for the first time.
