摘要
电网企业正面临着管理体制方面的改革,使得原有的政企分离,公司的厂网分家、运营面临着商业化、法制化的道路。传统的电力企业在人事方面也面临着运营体制的转化。而基于能力素质模型的人力资源管理是供电企业在未来管理中的主要举措,其本质是将人力资源战略和电网企业未来发展战略紧密结合。文章在不断深入分析电网企业能力素质模型的基础上,深入探讨了模型建立的方法,使得电网企业根据自身战略发展需要有针对性地构建能力素质模型。
The power grid enterprises are faced with the reform of the management system, the separation between government and enterprises, the original separation between power plant and network, and the operation was faced with the commercial and legal road. The traditional electric power enterprise was also faced with the transformation of operating system in terms of personnel. The ability of human resource management based on competency model was the main way in the future management of the power supply enterprise. It could be an important tool in close combination of strategic human resources strategy and power grid enterprises. Based on the deepening of enterprise competence model molecular system, the modes to establish competency model for power grid enterprises was discussed for different requirements of power grid enterprises.
