miR-200家族是微RNA(miRNA)的重要组成成分,在许多肿瘤中表达异常,包括miR-141、miR-429、miR-200a、miR-200b、miR-200c等。miR-200家族在肿瘤转移中扮演关键角色,其抑制了肿瘤转移关键步骤——上皮-间质转化过程;miR-200家族在肿瘤血管生成方面具有重要作用,另外其还具有肿瘤分类的作用。该文就miR-200家族在肾癌中上皮-间质转化过程、血管生成、分类及应用前景的研究进展予以综述。

MiR-200 family as one of the important part of miRNA family,including.miR-141,miR-429,miR-200a,miR-200b,miR-200c are abnormally expressed in renal cancer.Mass researches have showed the role of miR-200 family in cancer metastasis through inhibiting epithelial mesenchymal transition.Studies find miR-200 family also play an important in tumor angiogenesis and classification of kidney cancer.Here is to make a review of these considerable roles of miR-200 family playing in renal cancer and the application prosoect.
