脑卒中并发下肢深静脉血栓形成的研究进展

Research Progress of Stroke Combined with Lower-limbs Deep Vein Thrombosis

目前在我国,脑卒中已成为死亡的首位病因,下肢深静脉血栓(LDVT)形成是脑卒中的常见并发症,超过半数的患者还合并肺栓塞,从而增加了卒中急性期的病死率。卒中后患者LDVT的发生受多种因素的影响,如何运用合适的临床评估、实验室检测及相关影像学检查早期诊断卒中后LDVT,如何根据患者的病变特点选择最佳的内科(抗凝、溶栓等)和外科(手术)治疗方法都是卒中后LDVT研究的热点。本文就脑卒中后LDVT形成的研究进展予以综述。

Stroke has become the first cause of death in China current[y,and lower-limbs deep venous thrombosis（LDVT） is a common complication of stroke,while more than half of the patients are also complicated with pulmonary embolism,which increases the death rate in acute stage of stroke.LDVT after stroke is influenced by many factors,and how to use appropriate clinical evaluation,laboratory tests and imaging examination in early diagnosis LDVT after stroke,how to select the best internal medicine（anticoagulation,thrombolysis,etc.） and surgical therapy（surgery） according to the specific characteristics are hot topics in the study of LDVT after stroke.Here is to make a review of research progress in the LDVT after stroke.
