摘要
目前预测股骨头坏死(ONFH)的方法很多,认为ONFH的预后主要与坏死的范围、部位及自身修复能力有着密切的关系。坏死范围大且坏死部位居于负重区者易发生塌陷;坏死发生后修复能力差者易发生塌陷。硬化带为反应性界面周围生成的新骨,它的形成是ONFH自身修复能力的体现,但其在ONFH预后发挥的作用还与其形成的部位有关。在软骨下骨的位置形成完整的硬化带有利于股骨头的力学支撑,可起到延缓及预防塌陷的作用。
Currenly,there are quite a large number of methods to predict the osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH).The prognosis of ONFH is highly related with the size and location of necrosis,as well as the self-repairing ability of the femoral head.When the scope of necrotic area is large or the necrotic sites are in weight-beating area,or the repairing ability of the patient is poor,the femoral heads are prone to collapse.The sclerosis band is the new bone formed around the reactive interface,its formation reflects the self-repair ability of necrosis femoral head.However,the location of the sclerosis band decides its role in the prognosis of ONFH.The formation of complete sclerosis band beneath subchondral bone is beneficial for the mechanical support of the femoral head.as it can delay or prevent the collapse of the femoral head.
